Registration info

– Welcome Cocktail in La Palma, 13th March.

– Organized bus transport to the farms in La Palma with picnic lunches, 14th and 15th March.

– Participation with simultaneous translation (english-spanish) of the Conference and lunch at the Hotel Taburiente that same day, transfer from the hotel to the airport the day of the trip to Tenerife, one-way flight ticket to Tenerife, transfer from the Tenerife airport to the hotel, 16th March.

– Organized transportation for the visits to the proteas farms in Tenerife, the participation in the symposium, lunch during the days of the Symposium, 17th and 18th March.

– Closure Ceremony: 18th March.

– Digital copy of the symposium proceedings, which will be published as a volume of Acta Horticulturae (not for accompanying person and student).

– Program for accompanying person: this person will participate in all the farms visits and all the organized lunches and dinners, in addition, it will have an annex program in these days:

+ Excursion to La Caldera de Taburiente, morning 16th March.
+ Excursion to La Laguna, evening 17th March.
+ Excursion to El Teide, morning 18th March.

Cancellation Policy:

Refunds of registration fees will be made as follows:

• If received before November 1, 2021: 75% refunded
• If received after November 1, 2021: no refund will be made
